Today, the Supreme Court upheld Tennessee’s ban Today, the Supreme Court upheld Tennessee’s ban on gender-affirming care for trans youth in the U.S. v. Skrmetti ruling. The Network stands in solidarity with the families, providers, and young people whose care has been politicized.

We remain undeterred and will continue to protect trans youth by defending access to affirming care, supporting TGI youth and their families, and rejecting the harmful rhetoric and policies that seek to divide and dehumanize our communities.

A reminder to trans young people: you are loved, you are valued, and you deserve better. We will keep fighting for you!

A MAJOR WIN — But Our Work Isn’t Done. The Ca A MAJOR WIN — But Our Work Isn’t Done.

The California Legislature has voted to restore over $40 million in LGBTQ+ health equity funding — reversing proposed cuts to programs like the California Reducing Disparities Project, the LBTQ Health Equity Initiative, and the Reproductive Justice Fund. These programs provide mental health care, peer support, and reproductive health services to trans, nonbinary, BIPOC, LBTQ+ women, and LGBTQ+ youth across California.

Thank you to the advocates, organizations, and legislators who fought to make this possible.

Now, we need your voice.
