03 – SB 85 – County Employees Death Benefits

Allow any county (4 of the 20 counties already have the authority) that is subject to the 1937 County Employees Retirement Law to extend death benefits and survivor’s allowances to the surviving domestic partners of county employees, provided the county board of supervisors approved the policy.
