07 – AB 394 – Safe Place to Learn Act

Require the California Department of Education (CDE) to (1) assess schools, as part of CDE’s existing monitoring process, for compliance with specific anti-discrimination and harassment policies and procedures, and (2) display on their web site specific bias-related and discrimination and harassment information.
