07 – AJR 29 – Resolution Urging Federal Support of the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act

Memorialize Congress and the President to enact the federal Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act (LLEHCPA), also known as the Matthew Shepard Act, which would strengthen the ability of federal, state, and local governments to investigate and prosecute hate crimes based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, and disability.
